Watch out for Seagulls

Tonights pictures are a couple of seagulls captured in Sidmouth this year.

The first one was just sat for ages in one spot & seemed quite happy to have his (her) picture taken. Having taken about 40 shots of the kids playing, this made a change (& was in focus as they never stopped the entire day). I cropped out some of the sky to pull it in a little closer.

The second shot I was especially pleased, seagull in flight. Its not the sharpest focus, but dispite my insisting he wouldn’t slow down. I just love the way you can see its wings spread out & the detail in the wings.
